Information we collect
When you call, email or send a WhatsApp message through this website, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number and project requirements. The WhatsApp option opens a draft for you to review and send. When the email option is available and you select it, our server processes your contact details and project requirements to submit an email to our business inbox. We do not store enquiry content in a website database. Our inbox retains the message for responding and project discussions. Temporary anti-abuse records use a hashed network identifier and submission timestamp.
Our hosting provider may record standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To deliver and support projects you order.
- To keep records required for invoicing and tax.
We do not sell or rent your information.
Third-party services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and shows a Google Maps embed on the contact section. These services may process your IP address under their own privacy policies. Messages sent on WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp's terms.
Website interaction events
The site prepares basic button-interaction events in browser memory, using only the button category and page path. No analytics reporting service is currently connected. These events do not include your form entries and are not sent to an analytics provider.
