Cancellation & refund policy
How cancellation requests and refunds are handled alongside your written project agreement.
1. Project-specific terms
The written proposal or agreement takes priority because work, milestones and third-party costs differ by project.
2. Before work begins
A cancellation requested before scheduled work starts may be eligible for refund after deducting payment charges and any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred.
3. After work begins
Payments covering discovery, design, development, setup or other work already completed are not refundable. For milestone projects, undelivered future milestones can be cancelled subject to the agreement.
4. Third-party charges
Domain, hosting, software, advertising, platform, gateway and other third-party charges are governed by the provider’s terms and are normally non-refundable once purchased or activated.
5. Request process
Send a written request to billing@herryinfotech.com with the invoice or project reference. Approved refunds are returned through a practical available method after verification.
